AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. HOW WILL I KNOW IF IT IS RESTOCKED?
You can sign up for restock notifications. Simply view the item you’re interested in, select your size, and click "Notify me when available". Enter your email, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back in stock.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re sorry about that. Please contact our customer care team via the [Contact Form] and attach a photo of the invoice inside the parcel along with a photo of the items received. We'll fix it for you as quickly as possible.


ORDERS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you want to cancel your order, please send a message via our [Contact Form] with your order number. Note: If your order has already been picked, packed, or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, unfortunately, it cannot be modified. We recommend placing a new order and returning the original one.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, send your new shipping address to us via the [Contact Form] with your order number. If the order has already been processed, address changes are not possible.

PAYMENTS

WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE CHARGED?
Payment will be charged when the order is placed.

AM I CHARGED INTERNATIONAL BANK FEES?
If you shop with your local currency, you're less likely to be charged international fees. However, your bank may charge a cross-border transaction fee — this is outside of our control.

WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I PAY IN?
You can select your preferred currency at the top of our website. Prices and checkout will update automatically.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
You can buy a Maverickcut Gift Card directly from our website. Gift Cards are delivered by email with instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.


DELIVERY

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T WORK.
If your tracking number isn't updating, please contact our customer care team via the [Contact Form]. We’ll assist you as soon as possible.

MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT.
Please check with your neighbors, housemates, or building manager. If you still can’t find it, contact your local courier office with your tracking number or reach out to our support team.

CAN I REDIRECT MY PARCEL AFTER SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER.
If your estimated delivery time has passed, please allow a few extra days, especially during busy periods. Standard international shipping usually takes 5–21 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us within 30 days.


RETURNS

IF I USE MY OWN COURIER, WHAT SHOULD I INCLUDE?
Inside your return package, include a paper with your full name, order number, items you’re returning, and reason for return. Also, make sure to submit the return request through our [Returns Page].

CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the size you need.

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?
Once we receive your return (usually within 3–5 days via DHL Express), your refund or store credit will be processed within 3 working days. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to show in your account.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have 14 days from delivery to submit a return. Items must be unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Items not meeting these conditions may be returned to you at our discretion.
