Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to your original payment method.
Returns
- Our return window is 14 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange.
We accept returns on all products within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Late or unacceptable returns may not be processed.
- Proof of purchase (email or screenshot) is required.
- Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases (if applicable).
- Items not in original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may not be eligible for refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
- Original shipping fees are not included in the refund.
- Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- If your return is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
How to Return Your Product

- Order Number
- Return Reason
- Photo Proof (if applicable)

By placing an order, you acknowledge that return shipping costs (for personal reasons) are your responsibility.

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether the refund is approved or rejected.
