Processing Time

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days for the United States and Canada, and 6–12 business days for other countries. Please note that delivery times may vary due to holidays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking ID and a link to monitor your shipment. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear. You can track your order either through our Tracking Page or via via the [Contact Form].
Pre-Orders and Back-Orders
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship the available items immediately. The remaining items will be dispatched separately as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order initially, rest assured the remaining items are on their way.
Shipping Address Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. Maverickcut is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you realize an error, please contact us immediately at service@maverickcut.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.
Returns
By placing an order with Maverickcut, you agree to be responsible for the return shipping cost in case of returns. For detailed instructions, please refer to our Return Policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Maverickcut is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building reception, or local courier offices. If further assistance is needed, contact us at service@maverickcut.com. Please allow 24–48 hours for our support team to respond.
Shipping, Customs & Taxes
We ship internationally, including to the United States.
Product Pricing: All product prices shown on our website are tax-inclusive unless otherwise stated.
U.S. Sales Tax: Any applicable state or local sales tax in the U.S. is the responsibility of the buyer and may be charged at checkout based on your shipping address.
Customs Duties & Import Fees: For international orders, we cover all customs duties and import taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
